Our recent water damage due to a blocked drain pipe inside the wall caused the kitchen ceiling gypsum board to collapse. In addition, half of the cabinets in the kitchen had water damage from the ceiling. Archer Restoration Services had their mitigation people on site in hours to dry out, remove damaged insulation & gypsum board, and secure the house from winter weather. During the restoration process, Archers’ project manager coordinated the various trades required. All scheduling was at our convenience and confirmed via phone before the workers arrived. Any minor oversights were promptly resolved. We recommend Archer Restoration Services for anyone that has had damage to their property. Our damage was water only but I am confident that fire, trees, and other damage would be professionally handled as well. Thank you for sending Kyle, Angelo, and Michael to help Edna Rawlings and me with our remediation issue. Kyle and Angelo could not have been nicer! Each time they carried a bag of sheet-rock or tile out our front door, they immediately closed the door, helping keep the cool air within our home. Angelo even vacuumed the rooms where they had carried bags during the day. (It was rather hot where they and Michael were working. Both days I offered to turn the A. C. down lower to help make the area cooler for them, but all 3 declined that offer.) Kyle showed me photos of the areas of mold, helping me feel better about spending the money to correct it. Michael took me in and showed me the area he was about to treat, and then showed me photos of the area after it was treated. He also identified the things the builder had done wrong when building the shower and told me what your people would be doing, that is, the correct way to put in a shower. I hope we can use your company for doing the repairs because I sure do like the 3 people you’ve sent out so far. Michael offered helpful suggestions on how to keep our other bath/shower areas mold-free, which I very much appreciated. In my opinion, you have 3 truly outstanding people working for you. I now have a place in my heart for each of them. Thank you so much for sending them to our house. And thank you for coming so soon! It’s hard living with a master bath room that is so messed up, so your timeliness is greatly appreciated (thanks, Glen, for that!)

When our house flooded last week, my parents, Mike and Candy Barry, recommended that we use your company because they had a great experience with y’all in the past when their basement flooded. I am so glad we took their advice, because we have been nothing but impressed with every employee that has come to our house.
